Justin made the process of selling my house very smooth. He was always available when I had a question and went out of his way to make things easy for me. An example of this was when he drove to the Gold Coast ( twice) to get my mum’s signature as she didn’t feel confident with an E signature. He was always positive and solution focused. A great team to work with! The property had previously been on the market for 90 days with another agent. We took Justin's advice undertook some minor repairs, which significantly added to buyer attraction and the obvious result. He also suggested that we have the power on to show the house in its best light - particularly with evening viewing. I cannot fathom why we were not advised this previously!
