Jimmy was very professional yet has a relaxed style. We didn't feel "pushed" as you can sometimes feel with some agents. Constant communication was excellent.

Caroline was our agent for the purchase of a house in Shelly Beach. She was great at guiding us through the process, keeping us up to date, and working with the seller and us to reach an agreement. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a property.

Caroline went above and beyond to help me sell my family home. She was understanding and patience with explaining everything to me. The communication was excellent and I was well informed of everything that was happening in the sale of the house. Caroline was very professional in what she did. I am very happy in the result and looking forward to moving to my new home ( which I purchased from Caroline)

We cannot speak highly enough of the stellar effort that Caroline has put into the sale of our house. Caroline is a seasoned professional and went out of her way to inform us at every point of the sales process. Caroline worked tirelessly even on some Sundays to run open houses and private viewings to secure our sale. We would definitely have Caroline sell our next house as she works with buyers , local and interstate. We would have no hesitation in recommending Caroline and the whole team at Caloundra City Reality as they are all a pleasure to work with and their communication is exceptional.
