My REVIEW FOR JIMMY WHEELER @ CALOUNDRA CITY REALTY 7/2/23 From the start I was sceptical as I had just finished with another RE salesperson and very disappointed. However Jimmy Wheeler came into my life at the right time with his special smile and go getter attitude (similar to I can sell sand to an Arab). Of course I needed more to convince me to sign him up so he showed me his sales status, a comprehensive booklet of what his company does working as a team, with no costs to me unless Property is sold. I reflected on his presentation overnight. I felt I could trust this guy to deliver. From the start he was like a whirlwind, keeping me informed and quick to advertise widely. My first open home with Jimmy had 28 inspections and possible buyers. (Previous offers with my previous RE salesperson was well below my asking price with only 3 people appearing at my open home). With Jimmy and his first open home, I was stunned to receive an offer close to my asking price, carefully negotiated and confirmed. I am overwhelmed to say the least and I can honestly vouch for Jimmy Wheeler as the number one sales person in my book. Especially as the RBA was constantly increasing interest rates and the market was starting to recede. Thankyou so much Jimmy Wheeler.
