Having our property with Caloundra Realty as a rental we were happy to give them the opportunity to sell our property. Jimmy was enthusiastic and hit the market running. An extremely surprising (higher than expected) price was taken to 2 open houses in the first 2 weeks. By the middle of the 3rd week we had a contract at a more than acceptable price.
