We enlisted Caroline to sell one of our biggest assets, we set the bar high and Caroline delivered in getting it sold quickly and for a price we were extremely happy with. Caroline was always available to discuss the selling of our property and address any concerns, her professionalism and passion as an agent is why we would use her again next time we sell. Would highly recommend Caroline to anyone looking at selling their property.

I went into the process of selling my house with trepidation to say the very least. My previous experiences with Real Estate Agents had left me with a very poor opinion of the occupation and a dim view of their moral and ethical standings.......Then I met Jimmy Wheeler from Caloundra City Realty.... We started by discussing what my goals were for my housing future and he proceeded to develop a plan designed to make my goals achievable. He was honest, attentive and professional. I was surprised at this point to say the very least! Throughout the selling process he was bright, happy and positive we would succeed. He worked with me to overcome some pretty challenging issues which could have made me change my decision to sell. I have to admit......he has changed my entire outlook with respect to agents. I was lucky to have met Jimmy when I did and I am very much looking forward to the next era in my life in a new home. Everyone at Caloundra City Real Estate we’re kind, efficient and knew their jobs and I thank them all for their contributions toward the sale of my home. A special mention also to Stuart who was amazing and helped me attend to some maintenance that was beyond my abilities. Thanks Jimmy, Stuart and the team.......I am thrilled with my outcome.

Couldn't be happier with the service provided by Jimmy Wheeler and the team at Caloundra City Realty. Communication was prompt and Jimmy remained professional at all times. Knowledge of the Caloundra district is impressive and up to date but the most satisfying characteristic of Jimmy is his positive and happy nature which is beneficial for both the Seller and any prospective Buyer. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jimmy to any of our friends or family.

Our experience during the purchase of a Unit through Jimmy was nothing short of exceptional. From the first point of contact through to settlement, Jimmy has been polite and professional. He was very honest and upfront about the condition of the property, gave us the time to inspect and applied no pressure sales techniques. We purchased the property during the Covid period which made the finance period very difficult, as a result we were forced to push back the finance clause on two consecutive occasions, both of which Jimmy was very understanding and accommodating, he balanced both parties very well. Both Nick and I cant recommend Jimmy highly enough from our experience. Thank you Jimmy, all the best and look forward to working with you in future.
