Mr Wheeler represented the vendors professionally. He was willing to negotiate some difficult issues for a successful outcome. He responded to any requests I had in a timely manner. He was easy to communicate with and answered any questions that I had. He had a pleasant manner and treated me with respect. I would highly recommend Mr Wheeler for both vendors and buyers.

We listed our property with Jimmy after discussing the sale opportunity with a couple of rival agencies. We chose Jimmy because of his knowledge, enthusiasm and positivity. Jimmy was able to get several really good offers within days and kept us informed throughout the process. It was a very good result in a difficult (Covid) market, well done Jimmy

Jimmy has been positive, open and truthful in his dealings with us. He answered our questions and kept us informed about what was happening. He held regular open houses, gave us full feedback after each and made recommendations about sale price. A successful outcome for us.

I interviewed agents from 5 different real estate companies. Jimmy shone like a beacon at interview and it was an obvious choice. The choice was justified when within 70 hours of my apartment being listed, I was signing a contract. I got 99.35% of my asking price and was very happy. Jimmy was friendly, professional, enthusiastic, and did what he said he would do, when he said it would happen. The results speak for themselves. Based on my experience, I have no hesitation recommending Jimmy to anyone looking for an agent to sell their property.

Jimmy is a great combination of professionalism with approachability. He comes across as a very genuine guy, and I felt like he was doing the right thing by me and the seller. He has gone out of his way to help me throughout my property purchase. He has maintained communication and provided me with the local contacts that are needed for a property purchase. He even arranged Caloundra City Realty's 'go-to' man Stew Deegan to do all kinds of odd jobs that made the whole buying process easier. I have to give a big 'shout out' to Stew Deegan. I was flying in from interstate to make the purchase. Stew helped me take measurements of the property, drove me back to my hotel twice, removed unwanted old furniture from the property, and even picked up an appliance from the store for me. He saved me time, money, and stress by doing all these things for me and really helped to make the interstate purchasing experience run smoothly. Thanks Jimmy and Stew!

Jimmy has a positive and playful attitude which was rather refreshing, given the fact that selling a property can be somewhat of a stressful event. He is as enthusiastic as they come and very passionate about his role as a sales agent. We are very appreciative of his efforts and pleased with the result he helped us achieve and we look forward to working with him in the future.

I found this young man extremely professional and comfortable to work with. He listens, without interuption, to all I said, then offered his industry knowledge plus any constructive criticism if I asked for it. Politely, and with utmost respect for many mind changes/challenges I presented him with, Jimmy helped me feel completely confident and relaxed in presenting and selling my favourite place...my home.
