Jimmy was very positive and professional. He had quickly researched the property and market in the area, and presented a plan of sale. An offer was received for the price asked at the first open home. I went with a company with no up front charges as I thought they would be more motivated to sell, and he certainly was. Jimmy was the first agent to contact us regarding our sale proposal. He listened to what our position was in regards to purchasing another property. He explained how the current market in Meridan Plains was going and suggested a figure. We suggested a figure that we were aiming for to enable our new purchase to happen. He had some doubts on the price but decided to try it. He had the contract for the sale all ready for us to sign and place the house on the market. ‘Let’s do it’. The first open house had no viewers. During the second week on the market, a viewer asked for an inspection and made an offer. After some negotiations, we had an offer of our asking price and we accepted. We were amazed as well as Jimmy. For us, panic set in as we had no house to live in, in approximately 4 weeks! Jimmy was polite, professional at all times as is Caloundra City Realty. I would definitely recommend Jimmy.
