We came to Agnes water for a late birthday weekend away. And figured while we were here why not look around as we were in the market to buy our first property. After looking around and having a conversation with cam we quickly found that there wasn’t many around which fitted our needs. The next day I got a call from cam asking if we were still in town and he proceeded to let us know he was on his way to go look at a possible new listing which sounded like everything we were after. A hour later cam called us back and told us to come over and have a look. It was everything we needed. Cam we above and beyond to help us find our dream first home and he did exactly that. That day we made an offer and cam walked us throu every single step. He kept everything simple and didn’t bombard us with lingo we didn’t understand. If we had questions at any stage cam was always there to help. It was the smoothest transaction we have ever had. I can not recommend Campbell enough. If you want a no nonsense straight down the line with out being to harsh cam is your man. After dealing with other agents in town and finding them to be highly rude and extremely pushy it was a breath of fresh air to find cam. He also has so much local knowledge and is happy to help with anything you need. Seriously give the man a call you won’t be disappointed
