When my wife and I decided to have a look at Agnes to see what was available and what sort of money we would have to spend, we ran across an add that Cam was the agent for, we drove up from Brisbane to have a look and met Cam for the first time and I have to admit I never met a more down to earth knowledge packed agent for the local community than Cam Rogers, he showed us blocks, gave us history, inquired what we exactly we wanted and what our intentions were and steered us to the purchase we have now made, he has given us input to help with settlement, do's and don'ts, helped us with local businesses as well as a local slasher to look after block for us, no request was to big or to small, he always answered his phone and always had a come back with the questions we had to ask, we could not be present for the settlement but Cam was there and took possession of the keys, learned how to run the tractor and slasher that came with the block and went through everything with the previous owner and passed on all the information we needed to take possession and know exactly how everything worked the why's and how not's and we had a very smooth transition into taking over the block and it's contents, Cam was an absolute breath of fresh air to deal with being we have bought and sold some properties in Brisbane and we were semi-horrified about doing this with the distance issue but in the end there was nothing to worry about thanks to Cam Rogers,,, Cam Rogers we thank you for all you have done!

Being an elderly couple deciding to sell and downsize, Cam was so helpful and respectful. Cam's communication skills were excellent! He kept us informed and updated throughout the entire process.
