John the friendliest bloke in real estate

John has been a wonderful person from day one. My first dealing with John was to do a property valuation on my recently deceased mother's property for probate. This was done promptly and he showed respect and compassion when communicating with a grieving me. Initially, I was going to rent mums house - John was available to help with advice. From the moment I told John I had decided to sell, he was into action, super organised, a brilliant communicator, prompt, professional but still able to get to know me and my sons and have a good yarn and laugh. This was my first-time selling and being a deseased estate it was extra new to me, not a problem in Johns' hands. sold in 10 days. Additionally I had some disability aids I had donated to various charities, John went the extra mile and offered to be at the house if I needed him to open up ( as I work in education and popping out is not an option) and help these charities collect the aids. What a champion!! I was alone in Johns company many times at mums house and I never once felt uncomfortable - John is a true gentleman. Thanks for everything John - go raiders
