This was a hard-to-sell 1 bedroom unit due to age and not having a covered car space. From the beginning Sam gave us great advice on how to first prepare the property for sale regarding the areas to renovate, and he and Darcey personally attending the open home and negotiating with the buyer He also wasted no time in arranging for the exchange of contracts. He always answered my calls without delay whenever I had any doubts during the process. Can't recommend Sam and Darcey enough Sam and Darcey were both very efficient whilst selling our home, and although we were worried we wont get a good price, due to high interest rates and price drops in the area, they were good at finding the particular buyer who was willing to pay a good price that we were ultimately happy with. Sam also knew how to market this property well while he came on the photography day, which Darcey executed well in the ad and open homes
