Sold house!

I was selling my black of land I google it to find best real estate and I found Peter
Peter had the highest rating and reviews in google so I selected him I sold my land and I buoght another house and paid the deposit but my land buyer couldn’t get approved his loan and had no money to pay the full amount and I couldn’t get the land money so Peter has called me within a week and asked me I have a serious buyer and sold it so he saved my $40k deposit and my life.
