We negotiated our property purchase over several months through some issues that could be difficult to navigate if not for skilled communication, honesty and patience. Tennille was agent for the vendor but provided us with prompt and clear advice to our enquiries. A big decision made pleasant. Robyn and Ben Gardiner

We have recently had the pleasure of dealing with the most gorgeous lady Suzanne from Cardow agents in Bellingen. We have dealt with many real estate agents but none so efficient, helpful or professional. It has been such a easy process & we credit Suzanne for helping us purchase our new house. We can't recommend her enough, Cardow are very lucky to have such a wonderful & genuine lady working for them. Thank you for everything Suzanne.

Nathan is very personable and throughtful - also very knowledgable about the local area and who's property may come up for sale. He suggested to us to look at this house even though it didnt exactly meet our criteria - however, lo and behold I offered on it straight away! All in all our purchase was made easy by Nathan who reminded us of the small things that need to happen, as well as the big things. Heartily recommended Anna Lang

Selling can be quite stressful, Suzanne was professional, transparent and always had great communication skills throughout the whole process. Suzanne did exactly what she said she would do when she said she would do it , which is a welcomed commodity when trusting someone with such an important responsibility as selling ones home. I Would definitely recommend Suzanne to anyone who was considering selling or buying property .

Tennille Cardow helped us through the process of buying our land near Bellingen and she was very easy to deal with and was patient when things were going slow at our end. Tennille did her best to give good advice and communicate our questions to the seller, and she also gave fast responses that had the required level of detail needed. We don't live locally but we came down to meet with Tennille about the block, and she is a genuinely lovely person who quite obviously enjoys her job and knows the area. We were very happy with Tennille's services and we wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

Tennille Cardow is the kind of person who gives the real estate profession a good name. She knows the local market thoroughly, but more importantly, she is an excellent communicator, positive, open, supportive and reliable. We have worked with Tennille as both buyers and vendors, and she has acted with integrity in both roles. She comes with our highest recommendation.

I can absolutely recommend Nathan of Cardow & Partners of Bellingen. I have bought and sold quite a number of properties, during my career, which I would estimate on present values would amount to in excess of $20,000,000.00. I found Nathan to be a professional and honest agent together with a great communicator, with wonderful local knowledge, coupled with an outstanding ability to involve himself very actively in the entire sale process. He got this one over the line ! Thank you Nathan and all the staff of Cardow.
