For many years Cardow & Partners Property efficiently managed my residential rental property as I lived 8 hours drive away, so I turned to them when it came time to sell that property. I couldn't be happier - Tennille was reliable, trustworthy, polite, professional and knowledgeable about the real estate market in Bellingen. Throughout the whole process she provided me with all the information I needed, promptly returned my calls when I had questions, listened to my comments and suggestions, appeared to understand the motivations of potential buyers and kept me up to date with the progress of her marketing of my property. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Tennille Cardow from Cardow & Partners.

When my elderly parents had to reluctantly enter care, we entrusted the sale of their home to Suzanne Atkinson. We felt they were given a sensible assessment of what to expect and at all times Suzanne took care to tell us about any interest in the house and how negotiations were progressing, never leaving us in the dark. We are more than happy to recommend Suzanne Atkinson to anyone selling (or buying) in the Bellingen area.

We recently purchased a property in Bellingen, through an auction process. Upon the hammer dropping we immediately found ourselves in the hands of the tremendous Cardow’s Team. The Cardow’s Team ensured a smooth transition from sale to settlement. We were very impressed with the communication with the Vendor, current tenants, prospective new tenants, between solicitors and with us. There were some complexities with the purchase which the Cardow’s Team turned into simple administrative procedures. Honest, credible, professional, transparent and committed are words we would use to best describe this amazing team through our experience. Kind regards, Mark and Sally Ryan-Myles April 2018

Buying a house can be a stressful business. To find an Agent that you can trust to take you through the process is like finding gold. Suzanne is that Agent. She never pressured you, but was always attentive. She gave of her time unstintingly, was straightforward and honest in all the questions put to her and after sales support was fantastic. This was the easiest house purchase ever in my experience. Suzanne is your go to Real Estate Agent.

It didn't take long for Suzanne to know exactly what we were looking for so consequently our time was not wasted with unnecessary inspections. Once we found the property we wanted ,Suzanne was quick to negotiate an attractive price for both us and the vendor and to communicate clearly and helpfully throughout the contract exchange and settlement period. At no time was Suzanne pushy or intrusive but always allowed us to take our time to make the right choice.

Suzanne kept us posted every step of the way. Her entire team showed us professionalism. We made the right choice in selecting Suzanne from a handful of other agencies. We are delighted with the result in a short amount of time.

Cardows, and particularly Tennille were outstanding in selling our Bellingen house. The purchaser was a bit difficult and Tennille handled her beautifully. She worked hard and communicated really well at every stage. Would definately use them again.
