Nathan Cardow & his staff have been consistent in their professional & personable approach . Their follow up & cocci stench during a very tricky time of purchasing a home has kept me assured & confident. Nothing seems to have rattled Nathan or Tenille or Kelly ...no question was unanswered and nothing needed to be asked twice. I have found them a pleasure to be involved with and am thankful.

Suzanne was a pleasure to deal. I believe that she provided an honest appraisal of the property. We talked through a number of similarly priced options on sale at the time, highlighting the merits and draw backs of each. This gave me comfort that we had indeed made the right selection. Suzanne was very responsive to all of our queries. On a number of occasions she facilitated communication among the interested parties, in order to ensure the smooth and swift execution of the transaction. Although operating on behalf of the vendor, I never felt Suzanne to be pushing us for anything unreasonable. In fact I trusted her word entirely and was never let down. I feel that the Cardow agency are true to the Bellingen ethos of conscious business practice. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending the property services of Suzanne or Cardow Bellingen to others, and may well choose to use them in the future.

We recently purchased a Town House. Nathan from Cardow and Partners was the selling Agent. We found him and his team nothing but efficient and honest. We would have no second thoughts about dealing with them in the future.
