We'd heard very good reports of Andree from her previous clients and noticed that she had many properties for sale in a very hot market. These properties were also selling fast and that impressed us. When we met Andree we warmed to her immediately. We gave her a challenge to find a small house for a family member within a certain price range before giving her the large family home to sell. We knew that in a hot market this would be challenging. However, within a couple of months she'd found the perfect house for us and gave us first option to buy. I was so excited to sign with cardow and partners as there track record is brilliant and the professional, we listed with urunga office ,but the bellingen agents also came and had a look through, so it felt like it was cardow and partners!
