We'd heard very good reports of Andree from her previous clients and noticed that she had many properties for sale in a very hot market. These properties were also selling fast and that impressed us. When we met Andree we warmed to her immediately. We gave her a challenge to find a small house for a family member within a certain price range before giving her the large family home to sell. We knew that in a hot market this would be challenging. However, within a couple of months she'd found the perfect house for us and gave us first option to buy. Once we relocated our family member into the house, Andree gave us highly valuable advice on preparing the family home for market. She also had a few purchasers waiting for the house to be ready for inspection, one of which bought it straight after inspection! We were delighted. We greatly enjoyed working with Andree throughout the whole process. She always put her heart and soul into every aspect of the first purchase and then the sale of the family home, complete with gifts for both properties, which was generous and so appreciated. I was so excited to sign with cardow and partners as there track record is brilliant and the professional, we listed with urunga office ,but the bellingen agents also came and had a look through, so it felt like it was cardow and partners! We sold in the first 5 days on the market super happy with the price and there support as it was a very long settlement and the purchaser has view the property alot and Andree is a brilliant communicator and nothing is a bother, for vendor or purchaser .

2 years ago I moved from Urunga to the Central West. I left Cardow Real Estate managing several investment properties in their very capable hands.
