House Purchase
We recently purchased a property with Andree as the selling agent. She was a wonderful person to deal with, very approachable and professional. Whenever we phoned or messaged Andree we got a response right away or a call back within moments. She was consistently helpful, patient and knowledgeable which we greatly appreciated.

Andree was excellent. Number 1 in our books.
From the first day we put the unit on the market we were kept up to date on what was happening. Every week we received a report by email and phone. Very professional and honest. Always happy on the phone. Could not do enough for us. 100 percent. Would gladly recommend her and the Cardows if you were going to put your property on the market

Nothing but excellence!
Lyndell was very professional in all aspects of the sale of our home and went above and beyond to make it happen. I found her to be very honest and genuine in all aspects of her job. She was very understanding when it got a little stressful at times and always listened to what we needed out of this sale. We are so grateful with how she handled all of the headaches that come with selling and dealing with buyers. She always had our best interest at heart. Would recommend Lyndell to anyone selling or buying a property. You will always receive a pleasant experience.
