Professional and courteous
From the first phone call to settlement Andrea kept me both in formed and at ease with the process and all aspects of sale. She corresponded with all required agencies (solicitor etc) in a timely manner and was able to exceed my expectations for sale price negotiations. Would highly recommend to anyone buying or selling a home.

We had a good experience selling our home during a very trying time for real estate in NSW.
Andree gave us a very fair appraisal on our home and with her friendly and open personality we gave her our property to sell. She got us great results in the beginning but due to the pandemic everything ground to a halt. She kept in touch and kept working to sell our home always keeping a bright and cheerful attitude despite the prevailing conditions. She was always very open and professional with us and was very successful in finding a buyer for our property. I would recommend her to anyone wishing to sell their property.

Grant is an absolute gentleman and handled the sale expertly.
Being local Grant knew the property well and was fully aware of the renovations we carried out. Grant offered excellent advice and kept us fully informed of changes in the local market which culminated in the sale at an excellent price and we are all very happy with the outcome.
