The property was listed with Cardow's in April 2019. Prior to April the property had been listed with another agent. Before placing the property on the market, I was certainly conscious that the up-scale real estate market for Urunga was in many ways - challenging to say the least. I knew from the beginning that I needed to be patient; but wary. My experience with Cardow’s generally, has been welcoming and thorough. Andree has been our main contact point during the sales process. I have found Andree to be, apart from being a highly skilled professional and knowing her onions, sensitive to our needs and objectives.
