Andree was always Professional with outstanding customer care.
Andree could answer any questions I asked with confidence, her experience of the area was outstanding. Always kept us updated all the way via phone or email. Very Professional
Andree is at all times very professional. I was impressed with her attention to keeping us informed through the entire process. She never failed at responding to us when we had a question even when she was trying to have a weekend away. Andree is obviously very knowledgeable in her chosen career with a cheerful not too pushy personality. I would highly recommend.

Professional and friendly
I always found Andree to be highly professional, very friendly, with excellent presentation and she had an excellent understanding of the local market. From our first meeting she was a total professional with a friendly demeanour. Very happy with the outcome...a sale within the 3 month contract period. The price was a little lower than hoped but this was no reflection on the effort put in by Andree and team but on the age of the house and current market.

Very professional
Andree is a highly skilled agent that represents the seller in a very professional manner. As a buyer I found her to be 'not too pushy' but wishing to exchange contracts in a timeline that suited the seller (as is her role). All of my dealings with Andree were cordial and I believe she honestly represented the vendor in her dealings with me. I would highly recommend her to anyone in Urunga wishing to sell their property.

Disappointing service, which cost us a considerable amount financially, due to poor market info.
Do not want to elaborate too much on the above, however, her communication regarding the market and potential buyers cost us a considerable loss on the eventual sale. The whole process was drawn out and costly due to her poor lack of understanding of the market and providing us with inaccurate information, in order for us to be able to make sales decisions effectively.

Honest, engaging, and professional
Andree honestly engaged my interest in the property. Her approach strengthened my confidence and trust in her abilities.She made ample time available to discuss my queries, was always up front when she did not know the answers, and where necessary sought external advice to answer my sometimes obscure questions. I felt that Andree was not on the side of the buyer or vendor, but was sincerely seeking to link the right person to the right property at the right price. This required flexibility, time and patience, which she was prepared to invest.
