Great and friendly agent
We saw a few properties with Andree before settling on our current home. Andree was always friendly and polite help us a great deal being that we were first home buyers (we didn't really have a clue). Andree made herself available to us even when we had silly questions, she help put our minds as ease with all the stresses of buying a new home, can't recommend Andree enough :).

A difficult sale...but we got there
There was a bit of uncertainty at the beginning because there was a higher offer than the asking price (which we were prepared to pay). No fault of Lydell who was professional throughout, but a matter for the vendors. In the end that offer fell through and our purchase proceeded. Being an older house a few inspection reports were required over and above the standard ones. This caused a slight delay, but Lyndell provided excellent feedback to the owners about the necessary delay.
