I had not bought or sold a house in years and real estate dealings have changed some. Dan had been highly recommended. I was a dubious in dealing with someone I haven't dealt with before. The 1st time Dan came to view my house he was on time, professional, well prepared with information provided on my property, properties sold, & the forum in which it would be sold.
