Daniel is excellent, diligent and honest professional. This property was sold while construction was in progress. Although he was engaged as selling agent by me, he was upfront to tell me if he thought something is not fair for buyers. Because of this and his overall attitude, I felt that he was not just acting as my agent but as my business partner as well. I haven't come across many sales agent about whom I can say this.

After deciding to sell the dream home that we built 11 years ago, due to my wife's medical conditions, Carole was recommended by a friend, and she has helped us along the way to an eventual sale. As we have not done any house selling / purchasing for over 13 years, Carole spoke to us in simple terms that gave us confidence, that we otherwise would not have had. We had trepidations as to what minefield we were entering, as the property market of today seemed to be all too different from our earlier experience. We were given adequate time to prepare for the "Home Open" day, and Carole indicated that we had nothing to worry about. Carole brought some people to look through our home, and later that day Carole advised us that an offer had been made that we were happy to accept, and the road from then on has been a little bumpy, but our home is being made ready for the new owner. Carole has smoothed over the little issues, with confidence, and full knowledge of how things proceed in the housing market. Hats off to Carole and her team. Well done.

Carole was a absolute Joy . I cannot recommend her highly enough. Throughout the whole process she was so pleasant, genuine, professional and just downright wonderful. In my experience with other real estate agents I have found them to have that “sleazy car sales man” vibe, but Carole was the polar opposite . So utterly trustworthy and honest , she sold my house for a good price in super fast time. I recommend her services to anyone . The best.
