I had Carole come to my house after I met her at a home open, selling someone else’s house. Carole was friendly, polite and relaxed. She answered questions and offered assistance when I asked, but was not pushy or over the top which made me feel comfortable speaking with her and discussing my own home. I asked Carole to complete a valuation of my own house, which she managed to fit in a few days later despite a hugely busy schedule. Carole was friendly, professional and informative. She explained how she would market the property, provided a book of information on selling houses and also her previous reviews. She answered every question I asked and as it was my first time selling a house there was lots of them. Carole knew that I was looking to upsize, and would regularly send me houses that she thought may be suitable for me, and would offer feedback on any houses I put to her as potential new ones for myself. This information was instrumental in securing my next house, and was all done prior to having Carole as my chosen real estate agent - she was simply helping me from the goodness of heart, and not because of any monetary payments. When I ready to go, I asked Carole to sell my house. She organised for photos to be taken of my house and had them on the real estate websites a day later. We did our first home open that weekend, followed by a second viewing a couple of days later. A few days later Carole told me she had an offer ready. The offer was more than I had hoped, and I couldn’t believe how fortunate I was to have only had one home open and receive this offer. I believe Carole is the reason I was able to secure that offer and have my house sold so quickly and flawlessly. Carole kept me informed, patiently answered every email I sent despite how silly some of my questions were and made the process of selling a house completely stress free. Carole is clearly the best in the business, I wouldn’t choose any other agent!
