We are super happy with all that Carole has done for us. Sold our house after the second home open for a very good price. Lots of patience, and nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly and helpful. could not recommend Carole high enough.

I listed my home for sale with Carole the process was seamless from the initial meeting, through inspection, photographs, advertising and sale after the first viewing. We achieved an upside on the proposed value and within a month the deal was complete. I was kept fully informed at each step of the journey. It was a pleasure dealing with Carole and her 'A' team, they are fantastic to deal with!! Would highly recommend Carole.

I had Carole come to my house after I met her at a home open, selling someone else’s house. Carole was friendly, polite and relaxed. She answered questions and offered assistance when I asked, but was not pushy or over the top which made me feel comfortable speaking with her and discussing my own home. I asked Carole to complete a valuation of my own house, which she managed to fit in a few days later despite a hugely busy schedule. Carole was friendly, professional and informative. She explained how she would market the property, provided a book of information on selling houses and also her previous reviews. She answered every question I asked and as it was my first time selling a house there was lots of them. Carole knew that I was looking to upsize, and would regularly send me houses that she thought may be suitable for me, and would offer feedback on any houses I put to her as potential new ones for myself. This information was instrumental in securing my next house, and was all done prior to having Carole as my chosen real estate agent - she was simply helping me from the goodness of heart, and not because of any monetary payments. When I ready to go, I asked Carole to sell my house. She organised for photos to be taken of my house and had them on the real estate websites a day later. We did our first home open that weekend, followed by a second viewing a couple of days later. A few days later Carole told me she had an offer ready. The offer was more than I had hoped, and I couldn’t believe how fortunate I was to have only had one home open and receive this offer. I believe Carole is the reason I was able to secure that offer and have my house sold so quickly and flawlessly. Carole kept me informed, patiently answered every email I sent despite how silly some of my questions were and made the process of selling a house completely stress free. Carole is clearly the best in the business, I wouldn’t choose any other agent!

The BEST realestate agent in Perth! Carole has been amazing to deal with from start to finish. She is very professional and she knows realestate. From our first meeting with her I could tell she was genuine and had our best interest at heart. It was such a pleasure to deal with her through the whole process, she really made the whole process so easy and kept us update. The best decision we made was having Carole sell our house! We highly recommend Carole, she is GREAT!

We came to Carole after a bad experience with a previous estate agent, Carole promised she would be open with us from the start, would try her utmost to sell our house, and after being on market for 6 weeks with previous agent and no interest, Carole took it on and sold it in 9 days for a very satisfactory price. She also cajoled the bank to make sure the buyers finance was approved in a timely manner. I cannot rate Carole highly enough she delivered her promise and more. She was always easy to talk to day or night and she eased our worries after our previous experience. If you have a property to sell you cannot go wrong with Carole

Very professional, approachable and honest. Although our house is sold( finance approval from the buyer) it’s not yet complete. Everything to date has gone smoothly and I’m sure on settlement day it will be no different, thanks to Caroles expertise.

We have dealt with many estate agents over the years and I must say working with Carol was an award worthy experience. Carol is honest, forthright and actually listens to what you have to say. She keeps you in the loop throughout the sales process and is very knowledgeable about her work. We can highly recommend her to everyone.

We initially purchased the property physically unseen and only from the internet advertisement, which was well presented and beautifully captured the entirety of the property. We contacted Carole who was honest and open about the property and it’s value. After some initial negotiations, we agreed on a price and the process was smooth sailing from there. When we did visit the property a number of weeks later, Carole made herself available in a number of occasions for us and other family to look at the property, she was very accomodating and understanding. Whilst the property was vacant, Carole was really understanding and professional, arranging for pool maintenance and garden upkeep to ensure the property would be displayed in the best possible light. Having dealt with Carole and her team during the purchase of my property, I would highly recommend her services when either selling or buying a house. She was available anytime and happy to take questions - even the silly ones. Carole was also able to recommend an excellent settlement agent who assisted us with the remainder of the process. Overall very pleased with the honestly openness and professionalism shown my Carole and her team and would highly recommend as a realestate agent.
