Myself and my partner were recommended Carole from a friend to help us sell our home in tapping to relocate to Ocean Reef. With Carole there was no messing around, she had knowledge of sales in the area and gave us a price we liked that she thought she could get and with in a week we had it and was able to purchase our new home in Ocean Reef subject to sale. Okay, so we can only give Carole five stars but she went above and beyond for us so we are giving her 6 stars. From start to finish Carole has been the ultimate professional and through her excellent negotiation skills achieved a sale price which was much greater than we expected in the current market. She knows all the right people from the fantastic photographer, the excellent electrician to the really good settlement agent. It's a one stop shop!
