Caroline is a true professional when it comes to real estate
Caroline is a true professional. Her extensive knowledge of the market, suburb advice and guidance through the process was the reason we got the result we did. The whole team were great to work, they were honest, reliable, professional and made what can be an extremely stressful time feel seamless. When selling a home, asking the agent for limited disruption is a pretty big ask. Not for Caroline, 2 open homes and it was sold! Thank you again Caroline, Trudy and Liz.

One of the smartest things I've ever done...
One of the smartest things I've ever done is have Caroline sell my house. Her positivity, enthusiasm, and market knowledge are enhanced by her project management skills, her network of tradespeople, her network of allied professionals, and her own highly professional team. She is also an excellent communicator and her ability to express both the good and the bad and find solutions is outstanding. Caroline and her team are professional, enthusiastic, positive and knowledgeable. We commenced our journey of selling our beloved home at a very emotional and difficult time in our lives, Caroline came in and gently took control. She organised everything for us, painter, cleaners, gardener, even had packing boxes delivered. Every trade that came through our house via CBP were sensational and beautiful people.
