Highly Recommend
Caroline and her team are professional, enthusiastic, positive and knowledgeable. We commenced our journey of selling our beloved home at a very emotional and difficult time in our lives, Caroline came in and gently took control. She organised everything for us, painter, cleaners, gardener, even had packing boxes delivered. Every trade that came through our house via CBP were sensational and beautiful people. Caroline is enthusiastic, excited and on to everything. Liz is very calm and quietly confident and their personalities compliment each other so well. Best agent in Bardon - hands down!
Caroline was absolutely fantastic with great results for the sale of our home. She is personable, professional and knows the market like the back of her hand. Despite a general shortage of trades, further excacerbated by the recent floods, Caroline's relationships with her trades meant they were all there when we needed them. Painter, plasterer, electrician, carpets, gardener, building and pest inspection, stylists and others crammed in a very short time frame but Caroline organised and handled these like an absolute pro to get us on the market and sold all within the space of 3 weeks. We are extremely impressed and would recommend her any time.
