I bought a property Kevin Carraill was selling. At all times he was quick to return phone calls or emails. No question was too silly and I was made to feel important. The house I bought required no selling as it is an amazing property. However, Kevin subtly highlighted many features of the property that may not have been noticed at first. He was never pushy and was at all times professional. He remained in constant contact from the signing of the contract up until the settlement of the house and in each phone call always commented on what a lovely home I had chosen and how happy he imagined my family would be living there. I really liked his personal nature. I would highly recommend buying or selling a property through Kevin.

Kevin has sold quite a number of homes for our family over the years and each property has been marketed with enthusiasm, market knowledge and professionalism. Kevin is very thorough and works hard to ensure that no stone is left unturned to make the whole process stressfree. He keeps up to date with technology and marketing techniques- using a drone to assist in the making of a video to present the home to the market was innovative and exciting. Kevin started receiving enquiries to view within an hour of the property going 'live' on the internet. Kevin was then able to sell the home very quickly. We can't thank Kevin enough for all of his hard work which enabled us to sell our home quickly and move onto to the next adventure. Well we had never sold a property before, but contacted Kevin Carraill as previously he had handled our investment property via Steadfast Managers. He gave us valuable information and we followed his advice. The house was occupied by a tenant who was a very difficult person to deal with. The tenant refused to allow people to view the property Monday to Friday and had a very large dog on the premises. ( The dog was not allowed to be there as not included in the lease). But Kevin used his charm and professional management to handle the sale. After some difficult weeks due to my retirement and not being able to sell until June 30th the property was sold within 4 months.From start to money being in my account. I cannot recommend Kevin highly enough, the whole processes was smooth and he kept us informed as we were out of the country.
