I first met Sam via a telephone enquiry through a property he was marketing over two years ago. He was friendly, professional and helpful and has a calm, yet quietly confident demeanour. I knew I was in very capable hands when it came to choosing Sam as the agent to sell my home. Sam's communication skills, knowledge of his industry and intuition, belie his young age - he is just so easy to get along with. Sam communicated as a friend over time and eventually assisted me in the process of getting ready to sell my home totally in my timeframe, at my pace. He provided ideas and advice and also a conversation with his stylist, all of which led to the home looking at its best. Although the first buyers offer fell through, Sam remained positive and persistent and before the end of the day, had booked private appointments with other prospective buyers. Just two days after the first offer fell through, Sam was able to secure a second offer of equal value. Sam’s ability to negotiate resulted in a record sale price for my home in Barton - brilliant for both of us! Sam is delightful to work with and I recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their real estate. I have bought and sold a lot of real estate in my time and Sam is the best agent I have ever worked with. He is determined without being pushy, works extremely hard, is an unassuming, positive, knowledgeable and cheerful person, who I felt had my best interests at heart. We couldn't be happier with Sam - he connected us with the right buyer and secured us the best price we could have asked for! His knowledge of the market was very impressive and Sam was always honest and upfront with us about current conditions and what we could reasonably expect. That said, our expectations were certainly exceeded! Sam was a great communicator throughout the whole process.
