My experience with MK, the sales agent, was excellent. MK demonstrated strong market knowledge and was always able to respond to messages and emails as quickly as possible. One thing I really appreciated was that there were no delays in communication — whenever I sent an email, MK nailed it with prompt responses and follow-ups.
