We have had the privilege of buying and selling numerous properties, but never have we experienced agents with such motivation to go above and beyond. Nik and James maximized the marketing campaign with innovative content (videos/multiple page brochures/social media blasts etc.) which made our property clearly standout, thus returning over some 100 groups inspecting our home and it ultimately selling for our desired amount. If this wasn't amazing enough, they wiped down surfaces after each viewing (relaxing our concerns re covid), supplied us an amazing anniversary dinner and kept us so informed of the sales process/feedback etc. we felt like we were part of their team.
