Their marketing campaign was excellent, even securing special top of search possibilities for us at reduced rates, and we had three offers to consider in the space of a fortnight allowing us to select the one that best sorted our circumstances, and ultimately we secured a better price with a short settlement, so we are extremely pleased with the guidance and service provided by Carter & Co estate agents. Mathew always went above and beyond for me and was also very patient with me, as this was my first time selling my home. He got me up to speed with how the market works and certain strategies that could apply to my type of property. He eliminated any arising issues that could slow down the process and would even take the liberty to make sure the house was tidy by getting involved if it wasn’t up to snuff.
