Ally and Kim were incredibly professional, prompt, and demonstrated excellent market knowledge throughout the entire process. I particularly appreciated their matter-of-fact approach - communication was always clear and direct, while still feeling personable. They were supportive, understanding, and took the time to truly grasp my motives and priorities. We encountered several roadblocks while the property was on the market, including a significant body corporate special levy and potential ongoing maintenance issues that made buyers uncertain. Despite these challenges, Ally and Kim remained persistent and committed. I am extremely grateful that they never gave up on me or the sale. I highly recommend Ally and Kim to anyone looking for two determined, knowledgeable agents who will stand by your side from start to finish.

Another great result thanks to Mat
After a great experience buying our home through Mat five years ago, it made sense to engage Mat when it was time to sell.
