Ally and Kim are both knowledgeable in their field and bring support and enthusiasm throughout the property selling process They also provided their creative input into presentation of the property in its best light. I went on holiday overseas throughout the selling process and Ally and Kim, kept in touch and took care of everything. Thank you both. Joanne

Ally & Kim were incredible in all aspects. Communicative and efficient, I was never left waiting for responses and I was contacted immediately with updates. Personable, warm and friendly. They have amazing knowledge about the property and nothing was ‘too hard’ throughout the process. Very flexible with working around my shift worker schedule too. I honestly would recommend Ally & Kim to anyone and everyone!

From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure selling our house with Ally Smith. She is confident, prepared, helpful while combing professionalism with a high level of experience. Ally demonstrated a high level of understanding of the area and the process that we were experiencing. She went out of her way to ensure that every detail was taken care of even outside of normal working hours. Ally is very responsive when dealing with negotiations or just any questions that you may have. You won't be left wondering what is happening when you have Ally working for you.

Ally and Kim are fantastic. At our initial meeting they were prepared and professional. They presented us with current market sales comparable to our area. They listened to us and gave us realistic expectations. Our home went on the market 13 October and it sold 15 October. Ally and Kim communicated regularly and promptly throughout the process. They were also very attentive to the buyers needs too. I would highly recommend Ally and Kim. Their service is outstanding.

From the first meeting with Kim and Ally we had a gut feeling that they were the right agents to sell our home. From day one they really understood our needs and the emotions involved in selling our home that we built, and every meeting and decision was undertaken with those needs and emotions in mind. They believe in the home and really saw what made it special, and brought that to every element of the sale. Kim and Ally were very supportive and respectful of the challenges that arise with a young family and supported our decisions when we needed to prioritise family and health while providing extra support when they honestly thought it would matter, and this balance inevitably led us to our buyer, and a really good price in a challenging market. We will be forever grateful, and I don't think we could have gotten the same outcome (or the same care and understanding throughout the whole process) from anyone else. We would definitely recommend Kim and Ally to anybody wishing to sell their home and cannot speak of them highly enough.

Ally and Kim have gone above and beyond any expectations we had or have had in the past. Their knowledge and support during the selling process was amazing. It made the process and stress that much more bearable. We started as clients and have ended as friends.
