After searching for a property for over 18 months, dealing with many frustrating real estate agents that deterred us from wanting to purchase a property, and experiencing disappointments with unrealistic price estimates, it was enlightening to deal with Kathy Caruana for the property we purchased. Kathy is clearly an expert in her field, with an extensive knowledge of the property market, in particular in the St George area. She was able to provide us with detailed information on the local market which helped us to make an informed decision. Kathy is a very credible real estate agent with a wealth of knowledge and experience; this is evidenced by the number of properties with sold signs by Kathy that we see in our area. Without a doubt we would sell/lease our properties with Kathy. Her negotiation and communication was clear, proactive, timely and accurate, and we never felt that she was being dishonest with us (as we have felt many times in the past with other agents). Kathy didn't make us feel pressured or force us to rush any decisions. Kathy was also very helpful during the contract sign-off period, as there was much back and forth with solicitors, she was more than happy to help and facilitate this process. She was also honest with the price points, which we greatly appreciated. On top of all this professionalism Kathy displayed, it was a very enjoyable and delightful purchasing experience for both buyer and seller. Considering the significance of purchasing a house, and all the stress that accompanies it, we actually really enjoyed the process that we were originally dreading, thanks to Kathy!
