Kathy's team handled everything smoothly, from helping the tenant find a new place to negotiating with multiple buyers. Kathy's preparation was meticulous, and I completely agree with others—she truly knows her craft. Her open home sessions, which run longer than usual at 45 minutes, are a crucial factor in my opinion in achieving results, as they allow her to genuinely connect with potential buyers and built conversations. During last session, she even called me an hour into the session to address some queries while still engaging with a buyer, demonstrating her dedication to closing the deal. Such results are hard to achieve in rushed 30-minute sessions in my opinion, where potential buyers can only ask a few basic questions before being hurried to the next open home. That often leads to missed opportunities and diminished engagement. When a buyer unexpectedly withdrew a strong offer—due entirely to my decision to address unreasonable demands from their lawyers and no fault of Kathy’s—she proved to be absolutely invaluable in the process. Kathy navigated the complex negotiations with skill and professionalism, seamlessly managing communication between the client, their legal team, and me. Her persistence stood out as she and Gary continued to host open homes with dedication until the perfect buyer came along. Thanks to her determination and expertise, I successfully sold my property, while the tenant found a fantastic new home nearby which also managed by Kathy's team.
