When a buyer unexpectedly withdrew a strong offer—due entirely to my decision to address unreasonable demands from their lawyers and no fault of Kathy’s—she proved to be absolutely invaluable in the process. Kathy navigated the complex negotiations with skill and professionalism, seamlessly managing communication between the client, their legal team, and me. Her persistence stood out as she and Gary continued to host open homes with dedication until the perfect buyer came along. Thanks to her determination and expertise, I successfully sold my property, while the tenant found a fantastic new home nearby which also managed by Kathy's team.
