About Alex

Alex Bartolo started out in a nursing career with Veterans Affairs looking after the returned soldiers, before changing his career in 1988. He discovered a passion for Real Estate after putting his own property on the market with a local agent in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. After watching the process of his own home being sold, he thought that he could do this job and do it better than the people that sold his own home. So in no time he found himself a job as a real estate agent working in Avondale Heights where he quickly became a very successful agent. He went on to study at RMIT where he obtained his full license after six years of working as a real estate agent, he also attended the University of Sydney where he also completed his NSW license. Alex opened up his own office in 1996 which he ran successfully for over 10 years. He has since relocated to the South Eastern suburbs and his success continued in Rowville where he listed and sold a large number of homes. About Maureen

Maureen Bartolo is the director of the Casey Central Real Estate office in Narre Warren South, and comes with a background of retail and sales for the past twenty five years, as well as teaching, which puts her in great stead to run such a busy office with husband Alex Bartolo, who handles the sales department. Maureen is a very energetic woman who manages a huge juggling act with the running of the family home, looking after Alex and her two children and running the office. Maureen is a family orientated woman who is always there for everyone and always puts others first. She was brought up in Oakleigh and moved to the city of Casey later in life where she now resides with Alex and their kids. Maureen invites all prospective vendors and landlords to come and see us in our state of the art office and experience the professional service that we offer. Maureen states that we will always listen to their client’s needs and strive to achieve a result that will be a win/win for all concerned.

The Casey Central team at the Narre Warren South office consists of a broad range of youth, experience and diversity and is a family run business. Alex and Maureen own and operate the Narre Warren South office and combined have been in the real estate industry for over thirty years. Alex and Maureen have selectively chosen their team to compliment each other’s strengths and weaknesses so there is no stone left unturned in running their successful business. Maureen & Alex are an unstoppable husband and wife duo who have successfully owned and operated a franchise real estate Agency for the past 10 years in the City of Casey, which puts them in good stead to run Casey Central Real Estate. Maureen and Alex decided to create a rock solid real estate agency that aims to help members of the public with everything to do with real estate; whether that’s buying, selling, renting or investing. Although they are the directors of the office, Maureen and Alex are well known for their hands on commitment and are always willing to go the extra mile for their vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants.

Professional

Maureen made the process of purchasing our first home run smoothly. She gave us useful advice and regularly kept in contact to see how we were going with the broker/bank. As I was unfamiliar with most financial related things and was of course super stressed- Maureen would chase the broker if it was needed. Honest, Knowledgeable, Result Oriented

If you are selling in 5 to 10 km radius from Cranbourne North then Manreen is the best agent you can find around there. She will get you the price you want for your house, but you need to have patients. Very polite, calm, listens to you and does not push you or the buyer. Don't ignore her suggestion during your journey to a successful selling experience. You won't go wrong if you choose Casey Central Real Estate to sell your house.
