Colin always took the time to discuss the sales process and plan, providing frank and honest feedback on interactions with potential buyers, recommendations on options at all stages of the process, but leaving the decisions to us. Colin was always positive, and worked within our constraints and our availability. When the next steps were agreed, Colin put them into action immediately. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Wonderful experience!
I have recently sold my home with Colin Liotta and I cannot thank him enough and speak more highly of his professionalism, his absolute knowledge of the market for my house, Colin went above and beyond to assist me in anything that I needed, he assured that I was informed every step of the way and made sure all processes were very clear. A great report after each Open for inspection and great follow up with people who attended the OFI. This resulted in a great turnout for the auction with many registered bidders. We achieved a fantastic result above the reserve and I could not be happier with the outcome. I really want to thank Colin, he has made this experience an easy one, he took the pressure away and managed everything for me. I cannot recommend Colin highly enough.
