Neil, was knowledgeable & relatable.
Each time we visited 34 Lardelli Neil was friendly, informative & so professional. On auction day he was a calming influence in a high stress situation. He is one of the best in the Ryde area that we came across in our new home search.

Recommendations are important.
Recommendations are important when big decisions need to be made about things you have no clue about. And selling the house your family has lived in since 1952 could be one of the most stressful. Neil was recommended to my mother by our solicitor. That's about as good as you can get! But mum already knew Neil, because back in the day, Neil would walk the streets, knocking on doors and introducing himself to the community. With that, it was an easy decision to choose Neil to sell the family home. A lot of trust needs to be placed with your agent; any anxiety we may have had about the sale was soon dismissed. Neil set out his marketing strategy and advised us on how to present the house without spending a fortune on paint or styling. During the sale period Neil communicated with us regularly regarding all aspects of the sale. Any questions I had regarding the sale were answered honestly, and with Neils experience it was easy to trust his advice. To my mind, it was a perfect campaign. This shows in the sale result. I have no hesitation in recommending Neil Robson.

Excellant experience!
It was an excellant experience all the way from our first phone call which was on a long weekend Sunday to the first meeting on the property and through the whole purchase completion process. Joseph's reassuring presence was a big factor is making it all seem smooth and easy. He is a man of his word and we would not hesitate one bit in recommending him to any of our friends.

Nothing was too much trouble - Neil went above and beyond.
Neil’s experience and his knowledge of the local market was impressive. Selling from interstate was challenging but Neil did everything he could to assist, even taking on the role of handyman to get the place ready for sale. Neil’s optimism and good humour was always there, and he provided regular updates throughout which made the process much easier.
