We asked Joseph to be our agent based on careful consideration of who knew our local market best. This was our first experience of selling in many years and we wanted an agent who would be honest in response to our questions and expectations. Joseph, assisted by Bridget, fulfilled this brief in spades! We are very grateful to them for their thorough work and professional care in selling our long-term home.

Neil was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process of buying our home. Always available with quick responses and turnaround, he is a great facilitator of information between the vendor and buyer. Neil is professional at the same time as being fun and personable. Most importantly for me, Neil took the fear out of buying at auction, giving confidence when stakes were high. He ensured all parties were comfortable with the process, for which I am extremely grateful. It’s left me feeling really good about the purchase of our beautiful home. Thanks!

Neil has made selling our house a happy and seamless process from beginning to end. His grasp of the market and vast experience in the local area meant he was an obvious choice for us and his friendly, relaxed and unassuming approach made us feel at ease and generated a sense of trust from the very outset and throughout the whole process. We always felt that Neil was genuinely working hard for us to obtain the best possible outcome. Vendor and purchaser were both delighted at the sale price - which is no mean feat! I would recommend Neil to anybody planning to sell. I only wish I had another property to sell so we could work with Neil again! Thank you so much Neil.

Would like to say how very pleased we were with the excellent handling of the Listing and Sale of our family home by Colin Liotta. Colin kept in constant contact with us from start to finish and kept us up to date with the market and enquiries. We achieved an outstanding price at Auction $100,000.00 above the Reserve, especially in the current market. Would absolutely recommend Colin Liotta to any future clients he is totally professional with many years of experience and knowledge, you will not be disappointed.
