Neil was fabulous from beginning to end
I can recommend Neil with complete confidence. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire sale process. He has a wealth of knowledge of the real estate market having been working in the area for many years and so provided well informed guidance and pertinent information throughout the campaign. Selling a house can be a traumatic time but Neil smoothed over the bumps and the stresses. He was calm and collected under pressure and achieved a great result especially given the state of the current real estate market. He helped with preparing the house for sale by providing suggestions for very good tradesmen, organizing them to do the work required and advising us on how to do the presentation. He gave us informative reports of all the groups viewing the property after each open house. On top of all that he was also friendly, personable and a pleasure to deal with and provided help which went well above expectations. If you have a choice, choose Neil to sell your home!

Selling the family home in Putney after 30years was very daunting but Joseph and Bridget made it easy, uncomplicated and stress free. We had to sell in a quick turn around and they were able to get the house to market in a matter of days and have it sell for a great price under the hammer just 3 weeks later.
