What impressed me about Sunny is that he is an honest agent with ethics and integrity. He doesn’t spin you a bunch of gimmicky lies to get your business (e.g. have a list Chinese contacts ready to buy, or vetted overseas students ready to buy etc), he’d rather tell you the truth to help manage your expectations. He knows the Hills property market and backs it up with his thorough research. Sunny is always available and accessible and always keeps me up to date with everything. He knows how to delicately manage current tenants in order to maximise inspection opportunities. In this difficult market of rising inflation, he still managed to sell my property at optimal price even though there were 6 other similar properties nearby desperately competing against my property.
