WE PURCHASED THE PROPERTY ONLY 12 MONTHS AGO WE EXPEXTED TO LOSE MONEY, 'The sale was professionally handled, but the negotiation was very well handled indeed so we achieved the top price and negated our losses completely!

What impressed me about Sunny is that he is an honest agent with ethics and integrity. He doesn’t spin you a bunch of gimmicky lies to get your business (e.g. have a list Chinese contacts ready to buy, or vetted overseas students ready to buy etc), he’d rather tell you the truth to help manage your expectations. He knows the Hills property market and backs it up with his thorough research. Sunny is always available and accessible and always keeps me up to date with everything. He knows how to delicately manage current tenants in order to maximise inspection opportunities. In this difficult market of rising inflation, he still managed to sell my property at optimal price even though there were 6 other similar properties nearby desperately competing against my property. I highly recommend Sunny, he’ll do his best to get you the best price.

I recently purchased an apartment through Sunny Lee. Sunny was the agent. I booked an inspection. Sunny was polite, punctual, and had a good knowledge of the apartment that I was interested in. There isn't much else to say, other than I would recommend Sunny to anyone wanting to purchase a property.

Patrick was always there to answer any queries for me (buyer) He made himself available to show us the property at odd times and at short notice, helped us to negotiate a longer settlement period on our request.
