We bought a house with Deb and sold the same house with Deb 10 years later.
I had the pleasure of meeting Deb in 2009 when I requested a viewing of a home she'd listed online only that afternoon. Deb wasted no time, and organised a viewing the same afternoon. We put in an offer and Deb liaised with both parties to agree on a price. Fast forward 10 years and we were thinking of selling. Having remained in contact over that time, Deb was able to offer some practical advice. There was timing to consider and repairs to be made to the house, and Deb took the time to understand the situation and took a proactive role in simplifying the process. Unlike other agents, who insisted we undertake repairs and wait until a better market time to sell by auction, Deb utilised her database to market our property discreetly to potential buyers who were interested in this very specific opportunity. As I'd come to expect of Deb, she sold our house quickly and without any complication. She worked seamlessly around our very limited available time and made the process of selling our home (which is said to be one of the most stressful times of ones life) simple, stress free, and fast. And saved us the the huge process and cost associated with presenting the home to suit an agent's preferred way of selling. To top it off, we sold for a price that met our expectations and the market. I would recommend Deb to anyone selling a property. Especially if you require flexibility and support from your agent.
