We put in an offer and Deb liaised with both parties to agree on a price. Fast forward 10 years and we were thinking of selling. Having remained in contact over that time, Deb was able to offer some practical advice. There was timing to consider and repairs to be made to the house, and Deb took the time to understand the situation and took a proactive role in simplifying the process. Unlike other agents, who insisted we undertake repairs and wait until a better market time to sell by auction, Deb utilised her database to market our property discreetly to potential buyers who were interested in this very specific opportunity. As I'd come to expect of Deb, she sold our house quickly and without any complication. She worked seamlessly around our very limited available time and made the process of selling our home (which is said to be one of the most stressful times of ones life) simple, stress free, and fast.
