Catherine made everything so easy. We live interstate and she arranged everything, from staging to recommending a lawyer and cleaner! Catherine knows the Canberra market and the price for our home exceeded our expectations and the whole process has just been so quick and easy with Catherine by our side through the whole process. Can’t recommended her enough and would certainly use her again and again.

Catherine is a hardworking Agent you can trust. We live interstate and Catherine made the whole process of selling our home so easy and she got us a great price. Catherine completed all the arrangements, even putting in a key lock box at the property. She has quality contacts and recommendations for everything and anything you would need. Her knowledge of market conditions, timing of sale and styling all attributed to the price we got. Highly recommend Catherine!

Great communication, sets realistic expectations, gives great advice, and achieved amazing results in a very short period of time. What else could you possibly want? Catherine spent time advising on what we should do to get ready for market, ensuring we didn’t over capitalize or waste our energy. She checked in regularly and has been totally transparent in her dealings. Our house was on the market for less than a week when we got an offer and she hit it out of the ball park to get an amazing result. Look no further - you have found the perfect agent!
Catherine Halloran
I highly recommend Catherine as an agent. Unlike other agents we had to appraise our home Catherine was detailed and took the time to thoroughly evaluate our property. Catherine provided advice on what we needed to do to maximise the benefits to a potential buyer. She was in constant communication throughout the whole process. 5 stars does not seem enough for the fantastic service Catherine provided.
