We had multiple agents appraise my father’s home and we easily chose Emma as her appraisal was very thorough, well presented and gave us confidence that she would make the same effort through the remainder of the process. We had a very short period of time to get the property ready for sale while relocating my father interstate. It was a very challenging time and Emma was a great resource for affordable local trades, settlement needs and she went above and beyond- she even took care of all the extra things like disposing of furniture and gardening when we had returned interstate. She kept us up to date with photos etc and got us an excellent sale price that was well above the appraisals. I would highly recommend her; her skills, care and expertise are exceptional.
