Throughout the process of purchase Nick French provided excellent communication, knowledgeable answers to our queries, ready availability, initiated helpful aspects and overall confirmed our choice of Nick as an agent to who we were readily able to work with even though he was of course acting for the vendors. The outcome was a harmonious and rapid settlement

From the minute we met Shaun we knew we were in safe hands. He showed a respect and appreciation of our home which continues through the entire process. He helped us with advice to improve the presentation of our house. He presented a number of sale strategies and supported us with his knowledge of the market. He made the sale process easier and helped us to relax and even enjoy the experience.

From the moment we began working with Lauri she demonstrated her ability to communicate in a manner that suited us. She was able to anticipate many of our concerns and guide us through the process without us being overwhelmed. There is no doubt that Lauri knows her market to a depth that only her long-term experience as an agent in our location could provide. At no stage however did we feel we were being guided in a generic manner. Lauri was the right choice for us. She worked with us as partners and achieved an excellent result.

Nick has sold several properties for me. He was always accurate with his assessment of the price I would achieve and has sold at a generally higher asking price than other agents I contacted. His friendly manner and empathetic style make him easy to understand and buyers appreciate this too. Nick is not pushy but very knowledgable and interested. I am very happy to recommend him and thank him for his recent excellent result.
