Simply the best

Emma was fantastic to work with right from the start. We were working with a deceased estate that had a few complications that Emma helped us sail through without issue - and quickly too. Emma was spot on with the price range and knew the local area extremely well (Hamilton Hill, Hilton and Fremantle). She helped arrange everything: multiple title transfers (deceased estate), staging of the property so it looked fabulous for sale, professional photos, an electrician to help resolve a few issues and even a thoughtful gift for the purchasers. Her communication throughout was excellent - couldn't ask for better! She helped us achieve a great result despite the challenging property location and a bit of a rush on the sale too.
